Pack With Intention

06.26.2026 | Full List of FR 26 Session Notes

Hey Reader,

On June 11th, we hosted an MCA and MCTT Mastermind. It was a massive success. We sold out enough tickets to force a venue change, in a city we've never held an event in, secured two incredible keynote speakers for the day, and pulled off an event neither region had ever seen in history.

But here is the secret: that event was not a success because of what happened on June 11th. It was a success because of the months long plan that started way back in August 2025.

We won the event long before it ever started.

Now, look at your own calendar. We are about 50 days away from Mega Agent Camp 2026.

Are you going to just show up, wait for my notes, and hope for a good return on your investment? Or are you going to win before you even pack your carry-on?

When I prepare for an event like this, I focus on a few key systems to be ready.

  • Focus - Pick the most important issue to solve. Don't go to San Antonio to learn everything, Pick the ONE thing and ask everyone about it. I'll capture the rest for you.
  • Time Blocking - There will always be a line. Plan for it. There's the real agenda, the super secret agenda, and I put in the walk times and the time to go to bed. A tired brain cannot learn. My calendar blocks always have the map location on it.
  • Pre-Scheduling - I use kit.com so schedule my emails. I pre-schedule my text messages for meetups. A little planning goes a long way so your messages meet people where and when they are. Lock in your intentional meetups now. OpenTable has reservations open still.
  • Recap/Execute - Decide how you'll organize your ideas before you walk in the convention center. And block out time when you get home to begin to execute on your plan.

Businesses don't improve by accident. Those improvements happen because you plan for them months in advance AND you don't take your previous plan for granted that it will work exactly like that again.

What is your strategy to get a win from Mega Agent Camp?

The First of 2 Million Acts of Kindness 07.31.2026 | Read Online Hey Reader, It was just the two of us in the empty lecture hall.Jason Abrams had just finished a Monday morning teaching 200+ agents in Chicagoland. He had finished up the "can we take a pictures" and meet and greets that come. He was gathering his things from the podium while I was walking the rows cleaning up coffee cups and collecting pens left behind. Jason asks "Hey Mike, how are you doing?"Because of the trust we had built...

Was it a week? a month? or even a year? Or a season when you feel like the things are happening around you and you're not in the driver's seat? When you feel that drift, you can use this framework to quickly pause, reflect, and choose exactly where you want to go from this point forward. I stumbled...

The Power of "Yet" 05.08.2026 | Full List of FR 26 Session Notes Hey Reader, Fear is sneaky. It doesn't always show up as a full panic. Sometimes it's a slight hesitation, or you react to a big idea with "not right now". It's not just you. Looking back at my notes on CEO Summit, Jenny Wood quoted a stat from Harvard.65% of Adults fail to take action on their big ideas or their business goals because they hold a fear of judgement by others. You likely feel this in that one critical activity...
